Cancellation Policy

User registration on the website is free. However, any payments or fees already paid towards services will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Any duplicate payments made due to banking transaction errors will be refunded via the source of the transaction within 15 to 20 working days as per the terms and conditions of the respective bank policy, only after a valid claim request from the respective user.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

After successful payment, the payment receipt(s) and respective services and publications will be delivered and intimated via the email ID mentioned in the account.
